How can you not keep the Lemieux right away in a protector. One of the best card with Sakic and Gretzky :)

Should have been at least ONE Sakic rookie...! Leads me to believe the packs were searched. I realize that to search such an inexpensive card is VERY petty - Hey , it DOES go on folks...

Too bad the Leetch and Fleury RCs had the gum stuck to them. I love the old airbrushed uniform cards

Little known fact about 1989-90 OPC, the cards in packs are always rough cut. Where the cards in vending cases are always sharp. They must have cut the vending case cards first, then the blades were not sharpened for the wax lol.

They didn’t use blades, at least the wax box cards weren’t. They are wire cut, which is why cut so rough.
