Opera Singer Listens to Armageddon (Granblue Fantasy OST) 

If Armageddon intrigued him so much imagine if he hears Zero (though maybe it’s should be after Paradise Lost) or Existence from GBF. Those will blow his mind, haha. GBF soundtrack is just masterpiece, you can pick anything, from JK theme to Second Advent or Mugen theme and it all will sound great

This track is both a boss & a character theme, representing 2 conflicting desires: As a boss theme, it represents Last Order’s seemingly-unyielding will to “reform the stained world”, But as a character theme, it represents Zooey (Grand Order’s physical form, that of an ordinary girl) & her empathy towards its people, the wonders the world currently holds, and the joy that they both bring!!

I ought to let you know that Armaggedon itself is an arrangement by composer Tsutomu Narita of some musical phases of the original Grand Order raid theme, Higher Yet Do the Astrals Dwell/ The Stars High In the Sky, which was originally composed by his musical mentor, none other than Nobuo Uematsu himself! That original composition also got remixed as the Peacekeeper's Wings for Granblue Fantasy Versus, the fighting game based off the original browser gacha game's aforementioned raid battle theme. The version there takes cues from other parts of the whole theme. Highly recommend you check out the original for some Final Fantasy nostalgia :> Armaggedon's the theme for the high level version of the raid against Zooey/ primal beast Grand Order in the browser game, of which it debuted towards the end of 2019, if memory serves me right. There's lots of story behind the character involved but from a storytelling side, Emi Evans's vocals in her iconic chaos language really helps give off the otherworldly gravity of the boss character involved :D Thank you so much for listening to another piece from Granblue Fantasy! A really great granblue track I kinda want you to react to is "New World Order" it has a great "Fight for the world" feel to it and it makes me emotional most of the time I listen to it.

Gbf! More GBF! GBF started as. Mobile web browser jrpg gacha, now they have a fighting game called Granblue versus and soon will release their own action rpg on consoles…sometimes in the near future. They have their own music band called Stella Magna, can go check them out.

The Stars High in the Sky, the original composition of this, was composed by Nobuo Uematsu for the fight against Grand Order, a being that upholds the natural order of the world. Zoeey, the character who's song this is, is a part/drone of the whole being that the main characters befriend. She is probably one of the stronger allies in the fight against Belial trying to revive/release his master. You've actually already listened to the final boss' music of the fighting game 'Morning Light Hymnus'. Technically Beliall's boss, Lucilius, is the biggest bad of the franchise as a whole, but he doesn't appear in the fighting game. His boss battle theme is quite good though, i'd recommend listening to Zero should you find the time. It's a vocal voicing Lucilius', who is in that instance at the peak of his power and only below the omnipotent one, inner torment about why life exists while being meaningless and how it should all be brought to an end as one final F you to the cruel god that created it like that in the first place.

This is absolutely why I love JRPGs so much, the music! It´s bombastic, it´s melodical, it´s earworms all the way, it mixes all kinds of genres and it´s almost always fenomenal!

YEAH MORE GBF!! Others have already spoken about the difference between Armageddon and the original versions so I won't, just continue to spew excitement over my favorite music being reacted to by people I respect lol Tho I do think at some point going through Zero will be an amazing experience for you as people have suggested but that's up to you. Its my favorite boss/character track in the game from when I joined the game 3 and a half years ago though and afaik, no one I liked has reacted to it. okay now i'll watch the video!

Given that he has started into the GBF songs, it would be beyond unbelievable if he did Sanbagarasu Otoko Uta. When I first heard that song I must have replayed it ten times in a row. Pure masculinity!

Waking up for a Granblue song, morning can't be better! As others have mentioned before, this song is a vocal arrange of "The Stars High in the Sky", which is one of the songs Nobuo Uematsu composed for the game in it's early stages, before his pupil Tsutomu Narita took the job as main composer. When it comes to in game lore, this song belongs to the hard version of a raid battle against a boss known as Grand Order. This is a being who tries to keep balance of the world, and will try take down anyone who holds too much power, regardless of their morale/alignment. You could say her raid battle is less about defeating an enemy and more about proving the Arbiter that you are not a menace to the world.

I know that we demand ALOT of stuff to react to, but maybe give a try to "Stained,Brutal Calamity" by DM Dokuro. Its from "Calamity" modification(for game "Terraria") and i think you'll enjoy that one! Maybe you''ll like it to the point of gaining your interest in the rest of Calamity's OST (belive me it's treasure, even tho its for a relatively small mod). Some meta-lore breakdown: Spoiler Alert! --------------------------------------------- Grand Order(Zoey) represents the will of the world being balanced, when the player charater gains way too much power he/she became a threat. Also when you defeat her 100 times in the original GBF game you gain a record called "Enemy of the world". So "Armageddon" has a wierd context, it doesn't represent Grand order, it represent the one she's facing, which is you, the player. (In Original Granblue your main character is a "singularity" who can save or destroy the world depends on his/her decision, so you're capable for being the savior or the worst villan)

"Boss battle against the big bad of the game" Actually she's a very friendly and kind hearted girl, really. Just, y'know, if she considers something a threat to the balance of the world she will unleash cosmic hell upon it to destroy it utterly. But when she's not doing that she's hanging out at the beach turning her dragon of mass destruction into an inflatable boat to race with, eating shaved ice, and occasionally fighting evil abominations from outer space formed from humanity's collective will for self destruction. Like any other normal girl.

Omg since you're doing GBF there's so many to recommend. Top one is Rose Queen. Second one is Dragon's Circle - Water and Earth

What's interesting is that it is a "fight to save humanity," but not in the way you'd expect. What you're fighting is the cosmic keeper of the balance, who has deemed the player character to be a singularity that threatens said balance and whose existence endangers humanity. But this cosmic keeper of the balance is also their friend, leading to that duality. The vocals add this sort of sorrow to the song, while the metal continues in the background

I hope that you get to listen Bleach Brave Souls 6th anniversary Aizen song. It haves a mix of techno and opera so I think you might like it. This song is from a Anime Mobile Game btw. If you plan on listening to more Granblue Fantasy songs, you should give "Another Sky" (the Granblue Fantasy Versus version) a try if you haven't heard of it before. Although this version of the song has no vocals, it's definitely one of the more interesting songs from the GBF VS soundtrack to blind react/listen to cause of how well it shows every aspect of the character it's made for through the music alone. Definitely worth checking out even if you're not making a video out of it if you're interested in Granblue Fantasy

The fight to the Arbitrator, the Peacekeeper of the world, a natural force, in a cosmic space background. The situation needs a good epic song to suit, so this song was created. And this is a evolved fight "HL"(high level) version from the original fight, so the music also evolved from relatively simple to this awesome piece, which amaze many players in when we first hear this. the middle part of the music in time 4:06 brings a very creepy and uncomfortable feeling in the original piece, but in this version it became very cool, you don't feel the creepy feeling anymore

The story for this peticular song is for an Arbiter of Balance (the girl in the thumbnail) she is tasked of maintaining balance of the world, 9/10 times she's on our side (except being a raid boss fight in the gacha game). This song does symbolies her fighitng to maintain the balance of the world. The singer in this piece is actually Emi Evans, the same person singing the Nier OST

Is that the vocalist from the Nier series? Nice to see them getting some more work. Also, Granblue Fantasy is a fighting game put out by Arc System Works based on an anime. So most of these songs are either character themes, or they're special pieces designed to represent a relationship between two characters. If you enjoyed that, I would love you to deconstruct some of the Blaze Blue or Guilty Gear series, though they are composed by Daisuke Ishiwatari and he tends to lean towards more Metal or Rock influences.

Armagedon actually are a boss theme. A raid boss name The Grand Order (The Order Grande in JP). Not a final boss but one of the notable boss in the game and her fight is tough. The Ultimate and Zero can be considered to be the final boss theme. They're belong to 2 of the hardest boss in the game. My favorite are Four Primarch / Fallen Conqueror and Second Advent. I hope you are interested in songs in this series.

You don't typically see a name like Armageddon at the beginning of a game, so I'd say it would be a safe bet to assume this is at the end. Though playing from the end of the world would be interesting and also a morbid fascination of mine. Now I kind of wish we got a Nier that covered the time where civilization met it's end. There are books that cover it, so part of the work is already done for them. Whoops, sorry about that. I went way off track there. Damn ADD! Oh shiny! No, I'm doing it again. As for this song, I thought it was pretty awesome. I kind of had to start downloading the song mid video. Not one of my top favorite video game songs, but something doesn't have to be the best for it to be thoroughly enjoyable. Anyway, good vid as usual. Keep up the good work. 😃
