Opie grabbed Anthony's comment and turned it into a boring rant on something he didn't care about.

Those first 10 minutes are filled with little shots at opie ants supposed bad mood, ant mentions stealing lines from Steve from bayshore on pal talk, jimmy mentioned "dont you hate people who make it about themselves?", jim also mentioned slurping yogurt loudly. I don't think opie had a clue.

There's vitamin D in sunlight and the light used in light therapy. People that have Seasonal Affective Disorder are lacking in Vitamin D which has a lot to do with your mood.

Say what you will about Opie and Anthony.. . In spite of their mutual hatred, they could hold a conversation on air. Even if you can hear the subtle jabs, they are at least able to talk amicably. Opie at least tried to play along with Anthony's griping. Anthony, of course, does not need anyone to bounce his thoughts off but still humours Opie's interruptions.

Opie is so frustrating. Can't let Ant have his own emotions and talks over his chance to respond on his emotions. Whenever someone starts to talk, he barrels straight through. Ugh, the worst.

I love Jim as a comedian and human being but he buys into that twelve step/therapy nonsense way too much. I seriously think he only does it because it gives him a similar feeling to his prostitution habit. He pays a woman to be interested in everything he says and as a comedian, what more could he desire? Undivided attention. That’s just my theory anyway. Jim’s a really honest guy and I never hear him spout bullshit except for when he talks about therapy and 12 step programs. It’s weird, when he talks about that stuff it seems like his entire persona changes. He speaks very slowly and almost sounds like he’s trying to portray a deep intellectual. But really he’s just a douche who can’t hold his liquor and needs attention more than air. That being said, both of those traits work for him and he is a hilarious, thoughtful guy. I’m into psychology (obviously) but I’ve never found therapy to do much good for me. I found much more results from actually learning about psychology because I’d start to notice certain things about myself that I hadn’t realized before. If anyone on the show needed psychological awareness, it was Opie. But as it shows in this clip, therapy just made his already out of control ego even larger because now he feels he’s enlightened and everyone else is the problem. I’m better now after talking to a person I have no real connection to, you all are the ones who need help. Therapy doesn’t help douchebags like that, they just continue to delude themselves. And Jimmy, stop with the “smart people can always justify everything so they don’t get help.” That’s more AA bullshit, dumbfucks delude themselves just as much as smart people. Opie is a prime example. That statement just annoys me because it really has nothing to do with intelligence, everyone can delude themselves. Sometimes smarter people are more able to pick up on the patterns of their own bullshit so enough with that dumb 12 step saying, please Jimmy. Religious people use that saying to try and get smart people to believe in their nonsense as well. Jim doesn’t realize it but he is in a kind of cult. AA is an organization that has certain cult-like features and belief systems. Anyway, rant done lol how did this get so long...

Very few people need therapy. Anthony certainly doesn't. You're not supposed to be happy all the time.
