In the Kevin Hart interview where they got Patrice on the phone Kevin said that Patrice was in his top 2 comics that'll rip you to pieces in the funniest most close to home ways. If I had to guess who the other comic was in Kevin's top to I'd have to say Colin. He might say Keith Robinson because they spent so much time together but Colin's so smart that he doesn't need to actually spend that much time with you before he can break down all your weaknesses (including the ones you didn't even know about).
The eating balls bit was definitely Opies idea. Vos taking shots at them for talking about trouble with the boss for the last 5 years was great, you can tell by Jimmy's laugh and Ants slow realization it was a shot at Opie. Vos could be awesome
