Hate to break it to Ant but he's wrong about Seinfeld in high definition. Caller was correct. The benefit of shooting on film instead of digital is the ability to upscale basically losslessly. That's why old films can be remastered in high definition.

It’s funny that anthony is wrong about the Seinfeld dvd. It can actually look better because it was shot on film so you can and they did make high definition scans of the film negatives from Seinfeld.
I love how Opie was getting shit for his planet earth being worthless for not being blue ray, especially how he babbled through their insults in a useless rant.
