What kills me is Patrice, understanding and telling everyone, "leave Steve alone!" He related and Patrice understood what was going on with him. He tried being funny but Patrice couldnt help it, he knew where he was headed. Now both of them gone. R.I.P.

Patrice basically calling Danny a pussy at 40 minutes is my favorite part of this. You can hear Patrice figuring out a way to say it in a way that won’t get Danny upset. But he’s 100% right. It’s so annoying when people like Danny wanna act tough, talk all this crap, and then when someone steps to them and says okay then let’s do something, he hides behind whatever he can.

This argument is why a lot of women don't have a lot of girl friends. The ability to not apologize and let something go...this dislike for each other just hanging and poisoning the soul. If I fuck over one of my friends unintentionally, I'll apologize and hopefully we can move forward. People that like to hold on to hate have serious problems with themselves. these are the clips that make me miss patrice the most. when he is really trying to get an understanding of what people think...beyond what the instant upfront issue seems to be. he isnt instigating or trying to make a joke of the situation, but trying to get a different viewpoint than he would normally have.

You are so right. Patrice was the only person in the studio doing anything to resolve the problem. He was was really great, he was able to re-frame apologies for Steve C and Danny in a way that was both palatable and face saving. Steve apologized soon after Patrice's suggestion, but Danny - truth be told, should not have needed to apologize for someone else's overreaction - should have taken a longer view of the situation and apologized for the sake of making peace.

For them to keep pressing him about something that was obviously so difficult for him.. Seriously a cunty thing to do. Knowing that he'd eventually commit suicide..
