He wants to take treatment now because he may go bankrupt very soon and don't know what will happen afterwards. Opium has both primary & secondary actions mixed up as in camphor.. so gives the impression of polarity. It has extremities like medorrinum.

A Query: @46.05mins.. mam the child with DM case, diabetic patients are in general not sensitive to pain sensations , so painlessness is common for them. Then why was this symptom taken as morbid?

That is metaphorical understanding as patient is not serious about his dm. Means this persons are not serious with the raised sugar value.normally if dm patient see his sugar high , the patient has anxiety and fear in his mind.but op dont give mental reaction to high sugar ,means he dont see any upcoming danger or pain,hence in painlessness of complains usually painful
