Do you mean they said only PRs are accepted now? Because I know someone coming this year and she isn't a PR. Also their website mention it's available for non- citizens.
Yh sure. Except not everybody qualifies for PR. So for most, this is their best option. Besides its cheaper and less riskier than coming as an international student, since you know you get to remain n work after this whole thing.
Until you get your license, you can't work as a Midwife. But since u come with a work permit, you can do other jobs to support yourself till you are done with your license. There are health jobs that you don't need a license too.

Unfortunately I do not know much about applying for scholarships in Canada, which is why I don't teach such here. But I am trying to get someone who knows more about it to educate us here on my page. When is arranged, I will definitely let everybody know.
@user-nu3fr7oj5d Since it requires a student permit, I think you will need proof of funds when applying for the visa. But that is something you should be able to ask the school, since they are able to help you secure a loan, they may be able to help you around it.
I think a diploma holder can apply if you also have the number of years experience required. Check the eligibility requirement page and see. For IELTS, I know they accept academic. But you can also email them to be sure you have the right documents to start the application.
@user-nu3fr7oj5d that's if she s a Ghanaian. I specifically mentioned Ghana is exempted so I don't think she is Ghanaian, unless she didn't really watch the video to the end.
