Wish I could get this for my 1897. Slamfiring a bunch of minishells sounds like a hell of a lot of fun .

Thanks for the honesty. Best Info I found yet on the mini shells. A 1-3/4" shotgun made to fire these in a comfortable package for the intended user would be awesome. It'd be a good bedside gun for someone recoil shy, or with health issues. They won't run in anything I own.

Maybe you could somehow use the trigger pins on an 870 as a base, then an adapter plate will go forwardish and below the loading gate and a rubber piece will "clip" into that adapter plate..

I just bought the mossberg 590S shockwave and the opsol adapter for the mini shell, but there's a rubber piece that looks like the opsol adapter already inside... am I missing something here?

With the Mini-Clip installed, would I be able to feed 2-1/4" shells using a Mossberg 590?

Per an Amazon customer, "No, it will not allow enough room for the 2.2" shells. I cut about 3/8" from the front. With this shorter opsol installed the 2.2" shells cycle perfectly." Hope this helps. ***Understand by doing so, the Aguila Minishells won't run.

Waiting on Aguila to send specs on a 20ga. minishell. Then we'll make a Mini-Clip for the 20ga. Prototype and handrolled 20's work great.

I've had the clip for a year and it doesn't fit tightly anymore. Can you do a video showing how it can be installed more securely?

no. 870 and 1300 operate differently from Mossberg...namely the elevator timing. Even if we did make a mini clip, the elevator problem would make reliable feeding problematic.

we have a prototype, which is basically a cut down version of a 12. But since there are very few if any 20 minishells being made, if we have not invested in production. 20g minishells, though, can be very lethal, based on shells a friend has made for us to try.

@@thatkyleguy1289 no they won't. We have done a redesign of the 870 mechanics, which are different from Mossberg. Have reached out to Remington but no reply. It's a lot of retooling.

I bought a OPSol mini clip on Ebay with some other items and I see it was shipped from Amazon, looks to be a counterfit one the s is in lower case, i have let the Ebay seller know this I am sure he is unaware. >>>>> OPsol NOT OPSol
