Optimizing Athlete Performance Insights from Kobe Bryant and Top Athletes 

I learned just in terms of their preparation their mindset how the athletes function but also why they do certain modalities to feel better They're very clean on their things on their diet and they're very in tune with their bodies They know what works and what doesn't And they wouldn't do modality unless it benefits them They're very driven towards optimizing this stuff And again we only met Kobe Bryant a couple of times But I know him from other interviews he was very focused on his regiment for optimal performance and health I mean a lot of these top athletes are like that They're also funny man These guys are nuts I think it was who was this Joaquin Noah was trying to teach us We had a basketball hoop in our second facility right And he was trying to teach us how to shoot And his buddy came and says are you nuts This is one of the worst shooters in the NBA He's not going to teach you anything
