Thank you for recognizing that migraineurs are individuals! we have our individual pathophysiologies, our individual food sensitivities, our individual everything. After more than 59 years of migraine, I want to scream when some boiler-plate fix is offered as a certain cure. I fall into the group of migraineurs sensitive to nuts and legumes.

I was suffering from migarain 18 years till i used moringa seeds by eating 1 seed morning and 1 seed night. Now no migrain . Thanks to god
