Thank you for the video - very useful. I've gone from 9 degrees on my driver (Rogue Max LS) to 11 degrees. Much better spin numbers, more hang time in the air, and more carry/total distance too. Cheers.

Hello John, Thanks for this video. I like this one, too. It let me know what are those true factors affecting our shot. However, I do have a question that I don't have a golf simulator in my home, how do I measure my swing with those factors.

Many thanks, to measure you would need to access a system, many rent for an hrs practice. However you can tell a lot by observing the flight if with a centred Strike.

Thanks Jon. A very informative video. are there downsides to reducing spin loft by increasing angle of attack on the way up? Is it realistic to increase angle of attack, to eliminate spin loft?

Defiantly realistic to increase angle of attack and reduce spin loft

You need a certain amount of spin to keep airborne, amount varies depending on speed and loft

Very good video. Personally I think 2000rpm from the MIDDLE is too low. I've got a cracking facility close to me and I spend 2 hours on GC2 weekly, my best drive recently was 309...it had 2700 rpm.

It would depend on your launch angle and speed. But less spin will also help reduce spin axis and create more run. I hit it the furthest with that and a launch angle around 14-15 degrees

True, but the problem with 2000rpm from the middle is that a high toe hit would result in 1300-1400...and you end up with a snap hook grasscutter that doesn't stay in the air
