Great advice all the time, just horrible customer service - based on my experience. I've reached out so many times in phone calls, in emails and even had a scheduled appointment where no one called me. Again, I think you provide such solid information - your team just needs more structure around customer support and follow through. Seems to be lacking in great depth around this department at your firm. Thank you!

Hey Robert, thank you for your feedback. We would love to set you up with an appointment and talk to you about your experiences. What is the best number to reach out to you? My customer service manager Shantelle Urquidez is also available at 888-801-0010 ext. 2002 or at shantelle@kkoslawyers.com. We are looking forward to more feedback from you!

@@robertmedina4819 Probably because you're looking to consult with them for pennies on the dollar or for free. They're clearly not that type of firm.

Hi Mark, I also want to correct you. The IRS can call you. I'm in direct communication with my IRS agent in CA and have been working with the same agent for many months in an audit. They've never called my attorney or my CPA. I know this might be rare, but it does occur. Additionally, I email directly with my agent. I think during Covid somethings have evolved in terms of communication with the IRS.

hi mark.. i have been watching your videos for last several weeks.. I have been looking for support to help me with my accounting needs and tax preparations and growing my wealth. I have a hearing impairment which makes it difficult for me to have good conversations with people by voice. I use different accomodations to try have best communication possible. I use typing back and forth when possible.. It is a bit slower and most peopple, understandably, dont like using that. It is a bit slower form of communication and the person i sm speaking to has to be pretty good at typing and fast. and even if they are fast it is still a slower process than voice communication. Another accomodation I use is CART (communication Access Realtime translation). that one cost money of a live transcriptionist to type what is said and it can be done remotely using the internet. Another factor, is, at lesat for now, I don't have alot of money. But i am hoping to continue growing my resources with help and continuing to manage my resources better and better using tools like IRA accounts, tax efficient strategies, and other investments mediums. Hoping you might have some ideas on finding someone i could work with that could accomodate me and is very good too.

Hi Mark, I was thinking about creating a managed Roth IRA. Is it possible in the future to change that to a self-directed IRA?

Owe what? Do we all know what the definition of a debt is? What right does the IRS have to my property? My contract is with my employer. I didn't see the IRS punching the clock with me on my clock for my shift? To say a debt is owed would mean I extracted something from them or damaged something of theirs or there is an injured party. Something of that nature. But this BS that some magical debt that exists is nonsense
@dennishipsley8703
@dennishipsley8703 7 месяцев назад
You are exactly right. There IS no debt "owed" because taxable years ENDED August 16 1954! Google 26 CFR 1.0-1 paragraph (d) of the IRC of 1954 clearly says " TAXABLE YEARS began December 31 1953 and ENDED AUGUST 16 1954 passed into LAW by the 83rd Congress AS LAW and published AS LAW in Volume 68A of the United States Statutes at Large and Federal Register....as LAW not some stupid damn IRS rule. In addition any Subtitle F compliant enforcement provisions took place the day AFTER THE date of ENACTMENT on AUGUST 17 1954 but on that day there was NO TAX TO ENFORCE AS the tax died expired the day before August 16 1954. There has NOT BEEN AN ENFORCEABLE LEGAL INCOME TAX in this country for 70 YEARS!!!
@dennishipsley8703

We just had several years of back taxes interest and penalties dismissed by the U.S. Tax Court by asserting the fact that taxable years ENDED August 16 1954 and the IRS has NO AUTHORITY JURISDICTION MERIT OR STANDING to asses and try to extort money from us with regard to a tax that doesn't exist and hasn't for 70 YEARS. We did this Pro Se.... without an attorney as tax attorneys are worthless and all it cost was the $60 filing fee. We did not get into the Constitutionality of the tax because the Court does not want to hear that and will throw your case out. You have to assert what the law says to win. I'm a retired medical rep with no legal experience but this was not hard at all. I may start a business getting people off the tax roles as the IRS is nothing but lies intimidation smoke and mirrors and basically bull crap.
