Thank you for this video, I owe the IRS 18,000 dollars and I can’t afford the monthly charge of 500 at this time . I claim my taxes and let them take it. I need help badly, people from different agencies keep calling me, and telling me to pay them 500 hundred to start , they said that they would send out letters . I don’t know who to trust

I think fresh start is a catch phrase Congress created years ago and now tax relief scam artists have taken it and run with it. It’s a catch phrase referring to nothing specific

Are you currently on some type of payment plan? Are you receiving IRS notices? Have they notified you have an intent to Levy?
