Used to be good, now absolutely horrid. Charging for pills that used to be free with 90-day, putting medications on hold because previous bills weren't paid despite having a credit card on file, constant website problems due to "updating our system". Worst Rx program I have ever been in.
UHC is a massive wealth transfer agent. They have succeeded in transferring massive amounts of money from the employers and employees they insure into their own pocket, big pharma and the corporate medical systems.

My doctor sold to optum. And after the past year and watching this...we're fkd. We're getting out of it Jan 1. They are horrible and don't give a rat's arse about patients. $$$
If i don't have to deal with Optum the better it is. Didn't United Health give their outgoing CEO a 1.3 Billion dollar golden parachute several years ago?
And now Optum is out here doing erroneous claim reviews on providers! UHC is literally turning healthcare into a mess, but not for them, because they know exactly whats coming each time.
