Hello... this charger - tester from what I have seen is very old, if mention is made of the most recent version 2.2 but it is still many years old. Is there any other more modern and better charger - tester?
Okay, so I’ve ordered 12 of these a year or so ago, 3 eventually developed this issue. It would go away when I pressed on the connector as well. I had noticed some very bad solder connections on all 3 of the bad units. If the issue comes back again, check all the solder joints, some weren’t even fully filled. Fixed all 3 this way. Starting to get it on another one of the units, maybe I’ll put a video out on my findings. Thanks for helping the community
