in your video, database restored in std directory of standby server. But When i restore database in standby server than it automatically create a PRIM directory inside oradata and database restored in that location. why it is happened?

hi all, I'm beginner with Oracle DBA, I've a query regarding Oracle Data Guard. I'hv configured Data guard primaryDB and secondary physical standby DB server Oracle 11g, It is some old setup working at my job place. I joined and checked my Secondary server is not synch, archive logs not getting write on standbyDB due to disk space. It is been time there having this issue now what should I do to make it synch with primary. Should I use Full RMAN backup and restore it on secondary or some other way to make it synch, please guide any Oracle DBA here, any other solution possible, I'll be v.thankful

This video is really helpful. But the problem is, in windows I haven't found any replacement of /ect/oratab file where I can put my std:/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/db_1:N entry. And for this my setup stuck in that situation and cannot move forward.
