Not required standby redolog files in both primary and standby ?

It's required on standby but you can create it also on primary for future reference but not necessary till next switchover.

archive log switch should be without alter system switch logfile what change required

Not required it will be happening automatically, manually method only used when you want to switch archive forcefully

if primary db is corrupted nd we r nt able to do clean shut down then wt will b the scenario?? how it ll go on???

Nisha 0909 corrupted means what exctly its datafile or redolog file then use shutdown abort and mount database using pfile and restore your db from latest backup open database with resetlog
