TODAY'S RECIPE IS Orange Cake in Blender | Orange Tea Time Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Orange cake in blender
1 Orange
2 eggs (Substitute 1/2 cup curd or condensed milk)
Sugar 2/3 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
7 inch mould
if you are using condensed milk then add 1/4 cup condensed milk
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Thanks Yummy! Am gonna try this today. Most of the other videos instruct to only scrape d orange zest, and not to include d 'white' part of the skin as it'll give a btter taste; BUT with this video of urs, i can see it's perfectly OK to just blend all in :-) Looks delicious, i love orange cakes, am really gonna do exactly the above. This cake turned out to be incredibly yummy. Particularly using "Mandarin" oranges doesn't make the cake bitter. Tried and tested, super spongy and yummy!

Hello! I just make it 2 hours ago. I used 2 small oranges, as I had only 1 egg I replaced the other with 1/8 of condensed milk. And the result is WOW !!! Soft, spongy and delicious. Thanks "Yummy" !! 💋😊

The Home Baker by Nafiza yes, a little bit (very little) bitter, but it doesn't disturb at all. You know, me I used 2 oranges that's why. I already made this type of recipe before from another channel: I used 1 orange and it was not bitter at all. Hope it will help you.

Just made this and it turned out yummy. Very easy! Halved the ingredients because I have just one egg. Also peeled off the orange skin, I was scared it might cause the cake to be bitter. Next time I will try with the orange skin and see. Thanks for the recipe!
