51:20 great initiation and black hole but i think kuro made the best play of that fight. watch him blink onto high ground and keep wr and sk out of the action for a good 5 seconds.
And also, kuro used spike carapace on the dire creep with ion shell at 52:00 so that the dark seer will be stunned, allowing puppey to have the range to cast the mini-stun and dendi with the follow-up
Such a throw from Orange. Not only the aegis deny, but also the decision to fight Na'Vi after the Puck-buyback with Mushi BKB on cooldown. I don't think this would have happened if they didn't screw up collecting the aegis - it shook them up.
Amazing game! Wow one of the best games I have seen, on the edge the whole time. When you think about it the ages deny lost orange the game. If they didn't they could have kept their momentum going and went off to push rax but they had to retreat and hold off till the next rosh. Xvost played an amazing life stealer so aggressive but always knew his limits.
OMG! That denial mistake by Orange really turned the game! And I always thought Dendi was Godlike but from the respect he gave to Mushi, it shows, that Mushi is like Beyond Godlike. :D
Great plays from both sides but a really impressive comeback from navi. Orange was pretty much in control of the early game but Navi with their great teamfights managed to turn it around even if they were behind. That aegis denial though.
He is a player from M5. It is a reference to TI2 when PGG executed an infamous blackhole - in which did not catch anyone at all, just like what puppey did - only worse.
What would have happened if they got the Aegis is that Orange would keep looking for fights by camping outside Na'Vi's base, while Na'Vi would wait out the Aegis expiration. This would further increase the lead for Orange so the denied Aegis pretty much changed the tempo of the game. That 6mins of Orange farming while Na'Vi sitting in base is enormous. So the denied Aegis significantly reduced Orange's chance of winning, especially since their heroes are not meant for sieging.
orange could have had this game. they were leading until after the aegis accident, then they panic and let it get to their head. should have continue to map controlled and not let Na'Vi farm at all. once Puppey had bkb that blackhole was unstoppable. still not to take anything away from Orange, they're spectacular. Ky.Xy played remarkably with Slardar / Magnus in the lower bracket and the whole team was just epic. after today, there will be alot more international orange fans out there
Watching this match makes me sad a little. Look at the pick of the Orange, absolutely great. 2-3 guys are roaming, setting up kills, harrassing people and in the meantime, Mushi farms and becomes a true destroyer. However, the game prolongs and they lose, because with a great disabler/initiator like Puck, combined with Lifestealer the fucking monster, on top of that add Bounty Hunter, OD was simply not enough to out-carry them. I used to believe that it was kyxy who cost them the game but not exactly. I'm a huge fan of Mushi but that doesn't change the fact that they were a bit late to go high ground. Even with that aegis (the one that was denied), a team like Na'Vi would hold them at bay.
i think you didn't see the games they played against LGD china in TI2 in the winner bracket finals. I think they were the games with the highest level of skill ever played in dota. 1 or 2
Why didnt orange pick up morphling as their last hero? He could waveform over spiked carapace or out of puck ult, shoot enigma to cancel his ult and if he got manta could dispell track
I watched the replay more closely. The agies was big mistake, but what I think the game turned around into Navis favour is orange letting them full farm for 10 minutes after roshan. They should have not lost that tempo which kept navi on full pressure from though out the game (before that roshan)
This is ridiculous. Orange were clearly winning at the time before roshan, and winning even more aegis or not with the XP and the gold earned. Kudos to Na'vi for been able to turn a losing situation into a winning one.
50:00 it was 13-29, and 55:00 21-29, after destroyed aegis. I think it was cause for loss of Orange :-( They had great game, and lead whole time, but that mistake was their downfall. Only hope to see them in new tournaments next season.
But, dont forget the fact that OD is a very strong hero in laning stages. No matter what hero u use, when ur up against OD, u know that u will have a very tough time in laning stages.
if you watch, the next time that Mushi dies after the aegis deny was being chased down by Dendi...if he respawned there he wouldnt be able to do anything anyways, maybe just make Dendi lose out on gold and exp so didnt affect game too much
Nice warding by Orange. Navi deserved to win because of their perseverance and determination. Too bad Orange denied their aegis. Was it a mistake or overconfidence? We´ll never know. Anyway we cant be sure if that aegis would-ed meant a win for orange.
Still watching this masterpiece and still wondering why that Bane didn't max out his 1st skill despite of having an enemy with high physical damage, lol
