You should add "oversized" shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts to your catalog. For pants, also add cargo pants and such. It will be a hit as "streetwear" is a big trend many places. Especially in my country/continent (Japan/Asia)

I have added a lot of items and want to order samples. But I don't see that option. Did you remove that option? I may have to go elsewhere if so. I don't have that problem with other providers.

Mine says "Payment not received" and its on hold. I already linked my debit card to my account. And it didnt give me the option to submit a payment when I was ordering the samples???

Hi there, Check if there are enough funds available on the card (or in your Printify balance). If you’re positive that a card has been added to your Printify account, or if you see that you have funds in your Printify balance, check whether there are enough funds available to cover the total cost of the order (product price plus shipping cost).

Why is the shipping so expensive, am being charged $61.50 for $225 worth of items. Why don’t you guys have free shipping for samples, I don’t understand 🤔😫.

Hi there! Shipping rates are set up by the print providers and the shipping carriers. While we don't offer free samples or free shipping for samples, you can subscribe to Printify Premium to receive a one time subscription bonus, that can be used to cover the orders. Premium subscription also gives you discounts for all the products in our product catalog. For more information on this you can check out our Help Center.

Hello, would it be possible to add any kind of branding (label, sticker, store logo, or something) to the outside (or plastic cap) of cardboard tubes that you're using to ship the art print/posters to customers?

Also, do you offer option for branding? Such as customized packing, stikcers inside the pack, notes inside, etc? How about the labels? Do you offer brand labels? Branding is very important and although I do like you guys, I am considering your competitors only due to bradning options lacking.

Quick question: What if I order samples, receive them, but don't like my design. Is it possible to order samples more than once for a product? Like if I edit this item after receiving and disapproving of the sample I received, can I then order a new sample after editing the design? Hope you see this!

Hi there, since samples are charged the same amount as a regular order, you can order as many samples as you like. Please know, that in case there's an issue with the print or product quality, you can reach out to our merchant support team (merchantsupport@printify.com) and they will assist accordingly.

QUICK QUESTION: Let’s say i connected my shopify account to printify and i published my product from printify to my online website on shopify and someone buys the product on my site that i published from printify. Does the product that the person bought comes from printify and printify ships it to them??

Hi! International shipping will usually be more expensive and, unfortunately, the carriers set the rates, not us. To avoid such shipping costs, you can check to see if a local print provider offers the same product.

Hi there! You don't need to start a store to order samples. However, you do need to have all your account information in place. Double check to make sure you have a payment method and address on file.

Hey there! Sample orders are charged just as regular orders, however the difference is that sample orders can be automatically ordered to your address and rated on our website once you receive them. For your clients, we advise placing Manual orders that will allow putting in their address or integrating with a sales channel, so orders can be processed automatically.

Hey, Our interface has changed a bit since this video was made, but you can find updated instructions here help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483617804689-How-does-sample-ordering-work. You'll still be able to find the sample option under your 'My Products' page in the top right corner.

Hi. I added money from my Paypal onto my balance. I am unable to add my card at the moment and was wondering if it's possible to buy samples with the money already on my account. When I go to checkout it always asks for my card so I can't proceed with the purchase despite having the money there.

Hi there! Yes, you can place order using your Printify Balance that is topped up using PayPal. When placing the order, please check the price at checkout, including shipping price and tax as this can happen if order exceeds your added balance.
