Great value is better, it almost has a powdery quality to the cream I love it and the texture is perfect the cookie like snaps and crumbles it’s more mouth melty
Many off-brand items are just as good or even better than the name brand, but this is certainly not the case with these in my opinion. The Oreos are infinitely better than the Twist & Shouts.
What thats not a good comparison. All the Fanta flavors taste good because they have a single flavor. It’s either orange, pineapple, strawberry or some other flavor. But they don’t make Orange Fanta with strawberry flavor. And on the coke they do that. They add flavors to the coke flavor and in my opinion they all taste nasty. I like plain Coca Cola.
But if someone where to give you the Great Value cookies and you eat them with out looking at them and knowing they are not Oreos, you would think they are Oreos and would enjoy them the same. So what Im saying is that with out being able to compare them they would both taste like Oreos so I choose the Great Value.
The ingredients are the same. The Great Value ones are half the price which is great if you are on a budget and it's cheaper. Even though I am an Oreo Lover I would choose the Great Value ones.
Not a frequent Oreo eater, so I usually get the little pack from the gas station and that’s enough. But I wanted some for a cake I bought and needed something extra to it. I got the great value ones cause they were about half the price for a family pack. Most knock off sandwich cookies are disgusting, but these are pretty good. If you’re a Oreo connoisseur, you will definitely taste the difference- cause I could immediately. I agree that the cookie itself doesn’t have as deep of a flavor, but personally that wasn’t an issue. The cream in the other hand was a deal breaker for me. Press have that sweet vanillay taste and I didn’t get that from these. Although there pretty good, if I was craving a Oreo - the great value ones wouldn’t do it for me because of that. There is also a slightly greasy(not sure if that’s the best way to describe it), texture it leaves on your tongue. That was also a deal breaker for me. I’m not sure if they have slightly more fat in the cream or what cause I don’t think I’ve ever got that feeling from regular Oreos. Anywho, I hope this helps someone.
