HOW TO MAKE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR?
INGREDIENTS
1500 gr apples
two teaspoons of salt
two tablespoons of honey or sugar
3 liters of water
RECIPE
First buy organic apples. Then chop them and put them in a jar made of glass.Add the salt and honey and the water. Stir it twice a day with a wooden or stainless steel spoon. Don't close the jar but cover it with a clean cloth. Keep stirring till apples go down. When the apples go down, pour a glass of organic vinegar to the mixture. Keep stirring for ten days again. Stop stirring when you see a white layer on the surface. Your vinegar is ready but i advice you to wait for another 40 days to make it perfect. Good Appetite
