I don't have a tutorial if that's what you mean, but to reverse the flaps just pull the arms away from the body and flip the flaps upward and towards you.

Sorry no, the lifting of the arms is to make sure that you don't have to stretch the paper in order to reverse the flap. If you don't pull the arms to make it t-pose, the flaps might fray and then rip. So if you start with something like 0:41, then you should lift the arms to make it t-pose, then reverse the triangles that will become the shoulders. Hope this helps!

Great job! For the reverse fold it is probably the shoulders that you are talking about, you need to flip the layer for the color change
