According to popular legend, the Sudarshan Chakra was crafted by the great Viswakarma, the celestial architect of the gods. This tale revolves around Viswakarma's daughter, Sanjana, married to Surya, the radiant Sun God, one of the most powerful gods in Sanatan dharm. However, the intense brightness and heat of Lord Surya made it difficult for Sanjana to be near him comfortably. Concerned for his daughter's well-being, Viswakarma intervened and reduced Surya's brilliance. From the excess "Sun dust," he fashioned three remarkable creations. The first was the Pushpak Vimaan, a celestial flying chariot. The second was Lord Shiva's iconic Trident, that symbolizes his cosmic power. And the third, most significant creation, was the Sudarshan Chakra, a circular disc of supreme potency. It was then bestowed upon Lord Vishnu, who would use it to protect dharma and vanquish evil forces.

You are wrong baby. Here is how sudarshan Chakra was bestowed by Shiva to Vishnu. One day vishnu worships shiva and tries to offer 1008 lotus to shiva. Lord vishnu finds only 1007 Lotus in the world that time. So he plucked his one of the eyes and tells Shiva that my eyes are as beautiful as lotus so please accept my offer . Then shiva opens his eyes as he is now pleased by Vishnu's offer . So Shiva gives the Sudarshan Chakra to Vishnu.
