Origin Story: How Freddie and Brandon started on Youtube

We get asked how we met and how we got started all the time, so we decided to take a trip down memory lane at USC where we met freshman year.
Hope this clears stuff up for you guys. Later we will explain the backstory of the 'freddiew' and 'CorridorDigital' channels, because we know there is a lot of confusion around that.

I was just there last spring. I even visited Stanford too. It was a crazy place, there was like a 2 mile long welcome road lined with palm trees and two towers with a huge welcome banner between them.

6 years later and I'll tell you. Brandon went to the same school as Sam and Niko and they used to blow stuff up in Brandon's backyard. Niko had a camera, Brandon had explosives and Sam had a car and thus a trio was born. Niko actually met Brandon again after not seeing him for quite some time, on a ski-lift while on vacation and told him about Corridor and that kind of stuff although this was pre-RU-vid days and they used to post VFX videos to a site called FXHome or something like that.

That floor was a fantastic place to live. My advice to any teen who's interested in becoming a filmmaker: go there, live there, study there. I was two years ahead of Freddie, and I can confirm that both of our floors were filled with awesomely talented people who went on to create incredible things. And you'll definitely get the best introduction to every possible film style under the sun.

Aw man, the cinema floor at New Residential. I was two years ahead of Freddie and lived on that floor my Freshman year. Made some of my best friends there, too.

Are you using a camera that uses tapes?! I can hear what sounds like the reel moving at 2:39. Besides the awesome sound the camera already provides, I'd thought you would have upgraded by now...unless I'm wrong, in which case I apologies.
