Keto is a high fat diet, and Orlistat will cause all that fat to end up in your stools. You would be stuck to your toilet and extremely uncomfortable all day.

Yes, some people will try high protein, low fat style diets. Many people on orlistat also do moderate complex plant-based carbs and low fat diet, rather than try to remove all carbs.

its really effective to do on cheat days/meals ( which is about once a week ) you will take shitty shits but you will still look good and wont be affected as much, also it will be easier to stick to a diet ( at least for me )

I run about 2.5 miles, 3 days a week and I eat fairly well. I enjoy healthy eating and working out, but since I was a young girl I always had stubborn belly fat. It’s so frustrating. It seems like no matter what I do, I’m always pudgy. I am 5’6” and 135 lbs. I was going to do liposuction but I’m thinking about trying this first. Any advice?

I work so hard and I can’t seem to lose it. Like I said, I have this pudge. Since I made this comment 9 months ago I have taken up Pilates! I go almost everyday. I still have the pudge. My doctor say it’s just genetics. I am hoping if I remove it and keep going with everything else I can obtain the dream body I want for myself. This is for me and it always has been. I found out I can’t have kids so I figured I might as well get my dream bod!

Orlistat might affect the absorption of other medication, so if you're taking antidepressants you should ask your doctor.

I can proclaim that if you eat too much fat such as takeaway junk food you will feel very Ill all day and will shit yourself several times. However if you eat sensibly there are zero side effects that are noticeable.

A lot of people drink coffee while on orlistat with no issues. If you add milk or cream, it might end up making you go to the washroom right after. Some caffeine supplements are very strong though, so if you have heart or other medical issues, you should ask your doctor first.

You would absorb the carbs but they would convert it biochemically into fats if your total calorie count is higher than your basal metabolic rate. Orlistat has no influence on that because the carbs are converted into triglycerides after the gut. Orlistat works only in the gut to stop fat absorption

Patients on orlistat are usually recommended to take something like a multivitamin or do Vitamin Injection Therapy with it. They will need to watch the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) if they take it for longer.

Orlistat is not typically known to excrete into breastmilk, however if you end up going too low-fat because of orlistat, your body might find it harder to produce breastmilk.

If you mean stroke patients, orlistat may interfere with other drugs that these patients need to take. Check with your doctor.

Orlistat may interfere with the absorption of fish oils. I usually recommend people take them a few hours apart. Generally speaking, there usually isn't enough oil in a pill or tsp to cause big problems.

Hello doctor, I consume an extremely healthy diet and come from a background of teaching Physical Education and nutrition. I have a neck injury that prevents me exercising much and my problem is I have the biggest gut! If this does not help me, do you know of any other medications as I am fairly restricted by managing my calorie deficit by exercise. It's nearly summer and I need to be in my prime for the ladies so I don't die alone, thanks.

Weight loss can often cause drops in blood pressure, go see your doctor. You might need to have your other medication (like blood pressure drugs) adjusted.

I love this video , very honest . It Didn’t make me lose any weight at all . My doctor gave me these and I have several refills I won’t need because it’s a waste (get it) 🤣🤣 The only thing that happened was when you ate anything fatty like pizza you’ll go to the bathroom and poop it out you’ll see all the grease in the toilet as if you threw cooking oil in the toilet it would just be flowing on the top but as far as weight loss, they didn’t do anything for me personally. I started seeing the weight loss doctor and I’m taking phentermine the first time I took it. I lost 17 pounds in a month but it’s slow down on the second month I didn’t lose weight I’m not sure why but I’m on my third round which is my final before we try something different, I see my face look different my legs look smaller so hopefully I can lose at least 10 pounds when I go back to weigh in next month

I have called this drug cancer in a bottle only bc so many people I know have lost their hair and permanently have to wear wigs now. I would recommend people to maybe do a 30 day trial then stop, just give your system a boost bc it's not worth the long-term effects. I can definitely say that although they have lost all of their hair and can't grow it back, that the weight loss was quick and definitely noticeable. Even without exercise

Orlistat is usually taken 3 times a day with each meal. Some people take it during a meal or up to 1 hour after a meal. If a meal is missed or does not have fat, you can skip that dose.

This is an obesity treatment, I hope you don’t mind my input but for your height and weight this would be a little unnecessary. If you want to you can just stick to a low fat diet alone because this isn’t really recommended unless your BMI is approaching/over 40, you’re fine xx

I have to be honest my doctors are the worst I am a bit worried but because not only did they prescribe this to me over the phone without seeing me I also have bowel complications, anaemia, also I'm on stomach tablet for heartburn lapdozale I think they called my chemist said these strip you of vitamin what else can I go on I'm so over weight because of my under active thyroid my mental illness my eaten habits are shocking because I have had eaten disorder for most of my life

If you're taking it without a prescription, 60mg is available over-the-counter in some countries. Taking it at 120mg usually requires a doctor's assessment and prescription.

Renal transplantation patients usually need to take immunosuppressant drugs like cyclosporine, and Orlistat may interfere with it being absorbed into the body properly. Also diabetics already have an increased risk of kidney stones, and Orlistat may further increase that risk. You would definitely need to see your doctor about those risks before taking Orlistat.

Although orlistat is not really passed into breastmilk, taking orlistat can make it harder for your body to absorb certain vitamins. These vitamins are important if you are nursing a baby. Check with your doctor to make sure.

dude i've tried it for a month ...i am 105 kg ...for 6'2...which mean that i don't have that much of weight to loose ,,, only about 10 to 15 kg to get back in shape ,,,, yet i couldn't loose any weight while on it ...it's unforunately nothing like they describe it to be ,,,, only clembuterol apparently work ,,, but it can be deadly if u overdose it

Its not orlistat that helps. Its only the diet. My partner at the time tried the diet with me without orlistat/xenical and she lost along side me. Without the horrendous shitting yourself.
