Ormskirk and District Family History Society (registered charity no. 1004895) have created this video, using images from local newspaper clippings that were donated to our Society some time ago, by one of our members. To these, we have added a few that our Magazine Editor has kept on file over the years.
We hope to produce another compilation video at some point in the future, and always welcome any contributions that anyone can send in relating to Aughton, Bickerstaffe, Burscough, Downholland, Haskayne, Halsall, Hesketh with Becconsall, Lathom, Lydiate, Melling, Maghull, Ormskirk, Rufford, Scarisbrick, Simonswood, Skelmersdale and Tarleton.
