Very useful. I think i am going to get some of these for my Surly Disc Trucker touring bike, which might be unusual but i don't like big front pannier bags
Do you see any reason why these could not be mounted on a rear rack if the rack has mounts (like the Tumbleweed T-Rack)? Did you find the whole mount and lock mechanism to me very solid and suitable for rough ground?
when the mounts are not designed to carry loads and only meant for watterbottle usage, one should indeed not overload a carbon fork. best to ask the manufacturer. but when yours has already three it presumably is meant to be used with anything style cages and carry some lighter load. so this should be fine.
Unfortunately thieves in our region have discovered the easy removal of bicycle bags too. Backpacks even get stolen when riders are waiting on red light. So keep that in mind.
I cannot find the same black 4,1L on internet. All are grey/black with orange straps (ART. NR. F9991). Do you know the article number of yours? Thanks!
