Well folks it's that time of year. Summer is winding down so It's time for some gear review videos. I added several new pieces of equipment over the course of the summer and I will be sharing my thoughts on all of them.
In this video we will be reviewing the Ortlieb Sport-Packer Classic front panniers. I really like these panniers and what they add to my setup. Check out the video to find out more.

Nice video Dean, I totally agree with the comment you get what you pay for. My wife bought me some fairly cheap / entry level rear bags - they work but are not easy to access, leak really badly and quite flimsy. I have done over 1,000km's with them on my bike during day rides and they look a little beat up, not sure I would trust them on a "cross Canada" type trip! Stay safe with Fiona. Bob...

@@WanderingEyeOutdoorAdventures yeah not sure I'm anywhere near a ride across Canada, its something I have always wanted to do but baby steps at the moment. I'm still hoping to get a few multiday rides in, I managed two overnighters last year but this year has been too busy, its surprising how busy you are trying to retire!! Next year I'm definitely planning on doing several multiday rides. You mentioned the GDMBR on your video, I have been fixated on this route since I found out about it a few years ago, that would be a real bucket list ride! Bob...
