OSRS defence doesn't matter CG CA on a mid-high level account (egniol pots method) 

the point is just to make a lot of egniol potions since 1 of them equals 4 redemptions = 60+hp recovery per inventory slot which is great if you have a low defence/DPS and can't kill the boss with a full inventory food
