I used to swim as it was only exercise that helped me keep my weight in check as I've hypothyroidism and it leads to weight gain, the mobility range of my joints was better when I could swim but since 2019 winters and the Covid situation I'm not able to swim. I'm in worse condition, the unavailability of house help for major part of 2020 has rendered my joints more deformed and painful. The only good thing is my husband who is so supportive and understanding. Otherwise i would have ended my life i dont know when.

R.A 2006 me years me diagnose ho gya tha. tb age 20 years the.9 saal se injection lena padhta hai.4 month phle right hip replacement kraya.left side me bhe bhut pain start ho gya hai.

I'm a RA patient since 2006. & its worst disease that can happen to anybody. My right hand fingers are deformed despite medication. The change is gradual. Every flare leaves its trace. Sometimes i want to die immediately as it becomes unbearable, the pain and the inability to do all that you love to do. I love dancing and cooking but now i can't do as I want to do. The feeling that it can't be cured and the life partner has to bear with it - a sloth in the morning and constant pain.

Dear Sir, Can I do lunges as a part strengthening the thigh muscles? I am doing rest of the exercises as you have explained in your video - keeping pillow under thigh and raise the toe, pillow under the knee to pull the knee down and release, hip - straighten the leg/ toe and move sideways at 30 degrees, flatten the toe and knee and move sideways at 30 degrees, raise the leg and bend the knee by holding the same from back. Hope this will do. Request please reply regarding lunges. Regards, S Parameswaran
