Oster T Finisher - How to Zero Gap - Oster Shave Blade 

Hey David. I followed your suggestion, got the Oster T-finisher shave blade and at first, it wasn't hitting like I felt it should. Adjusted the slide bracket with pliers like you demonstrated, and wow! I mean, crisp, and detailed without biting just like I hoped. I love Oster's because they're quiet, and do a fabulous job once adjusted. Big THANKS from Texas.

The Oster T-Finishers are widely slept on!!! Changing to the shave blade makes a world of difference when doing the detail work! I appreciate all of your tips and tricks bruh!!

Good choice make sure you get the shave blade sold separately. You might have to order online.

make sure the top screws are in the holes correctly, if they are loose the blade will move.

Hey Dave I grow up not even knowing about oster trimmers I always used the clippers from the 111 to the 76 and now the oster all black titan but I really wanna buy a pair which one should I get the out of the three different type of t-finisher. Thanks Dave for the video

Dave, if you had to choose between the Oster T-Finisher or Wahl Hero, which one would you go with? I already have the Andis T-Outliners... I'm looking for a replacement for my Wahl Peanut that broke... Let me know when you get a chance, thanks!

Hey David, or anyone who has this trimmer, does the t finisher cut as close as like the Wahl Hero, would it leave any stubble that I would need to clean up with a razor?

My T-Liner blade looks like yours, much more small but it says A8 for the model. Is this the one youre referring to in the video for a closer cut?

When I use my cordless Oster T finishers they bounce when I touch the skin. Why??

I've had these for years just sitting on the shelf. Even with the shaving blade they can't hold a candle to any of the others on the market IMO. I still believe the shaving blade teeth are too long and the motor if these clippers isnt powerful enough. Just my opinion somebody post an actual comparison and prove otherwise please so we all can learn.✊✊✊

Hey David whenever I zero gap the shave blade perfectly fine and use it on myself, it ends up scratching up my skin and making it bright red.. I don't have sensitive skin and I press lightly when using it so I don't understand how it does that.. Are the blades supposed to be completely parallel to each other??

Umm when zero gap do u even feel the blade cutting or the hair just falls down and don't feel anything
