How many chapters is a dissertation?

It really depends!! As of right now, Mine will be five chapters with an intro and a conclusion!

I have also heard wildly different things told to be about how long a dissertation should be, but I think somewhere between 200-250 pages is normal??

I think the longest I have heard of was like 8!! But definitely not 15! That could depend on the discipline/school/ country though. @@rachelbeauchamp8912
