Love the editing, loved the video! I recently got a tablet but I'm nowhere near the level I'm with a mouse (mostly because there's a noticeable input lag for some reason). I saw an improvement involving spaced streams and long maps, but my jump speed stayed on mouse xd What truly surprised me was how much flying tuna's English has improved! lol

I've been aiming with mouse for over 10 years before I started playing osu! and played it over half a year before switching to tablet, after which my aim was immediately better and forever continued to be on tablet.

I am a mouse player but I think that playing tablet is the superior playstyle, the first time i stole my older brothers drawing tablet for osu i hit jumps that i had previously never hit with mouse. Unfortunately i am stuck with a mouse because i am broke

Would love it so much if you could do a series where you interview all the top mouse players in the game since all of them have such different skill sets ranging from speed such as Arnold, haga1115 and thekushvanman to gimmick and tourney players such as fancy lad, fieryrage and ekoro, or even theez and funorange! They all had different journeys getting to the top, would really love to see this happen

I switched to tablet like a week ago, it was hard at first but i've gotten 3 new top plays using tablet, imo tablet is much easier once you learn it.

As a slow improver who played at least 1 year with either and am now back on what i started (Mouse) For me its like this. On tablet my mechanics seemed sharper, but grip was always an issue. On Mouse, Its alot more comfortable and fun, no matter how hard it drifts.

Ive switched to tablet recently and ive tried mouse again every now and then and im hot shit with it idk if its because i got a new mouse after my switch to tablet but even with the mouse i did play with its horrible lol

not sure if what happened to me translates well to others i mostly play casually 1-2 days then i dont touch it again for 2 or 4 months, i started with mouse only as i dint knew you could use other keys, for a long time i used only mouse, had lots of problems with streams so i mostly avoided those maps, what i liked the most was jumps, then when i found that people was using keyboard and tablets, i was ohhh so thats why i suck :p i could do insane maps but my accuracy had always been terrible, i also had more fun trying harder new maps than perfecting accuracy, then i tried to use KEYBOARD + MOUSE the result was...... terrible i got way worse than mouse only, suddenly i could do streams but for everything else i was way way worse, i practiced a while and improved but my lvl never reached mouse only lvl, then i got a tablet i was coping that the TABLET was going to fix everything, result: even worse, i couldnt do the maps that i could in mouse only i was having problems mostly with syncing my left hand with my right hand, thats when i noticed my left hand was really dumb. clicking fast is really hard with mouse as you need to use both clicks and lose control on your grip while also generating small stutters but for jumps it feels way better for me. well at the end to do the insane maps with tablet that i could do with mouse only, took me same amount of time it took me with mouse only, it was as if i dint had made any progress until i switched back to mouse only i noticed i was considerably better than before even when i dint had used mouse only for so long, now my skills are i would say at the same lvl but the maps i can do with tablet keyboard are different than the ones i can do with mouse + keyboard(in mouse + keyboard i do the streams and parts that need really fast clicks with keyboard, everything else with mouse clicks) anyway im still a novice even when i joined 10 years ago i only have 60 hours of total playtime

Tablet better, it's widely proved by just looking at the top 100 and tere is no counter-argument. You can achieve good results with mouse but that's going to be a nerf for yourself if it's a choice. And it doesn't matter whether top player x or y say tablet makes difference or not, you can't disagree with numbers.

I played with mouse at the start played until I was able to do 5 star pretty good, Then I switch to tablet and was able to do 6 star Now 2 years later after being on break for osu, I played with mouse and found a new technique grip and now I'm able to do 6 star comfortable. From my experience, its just what felt right to use.

Look, all I'm gonna say is that there's a reason that the vast majority of top players play on tablet even tho the majority of tablet players started with mouse and had to buy a tablet.
