On the first of three Toon Chest Public Domainathon episodes this year, I cover an Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoon from the 1928-1929 Winkler Era, the hardest batch of Oswald cartoons to uncover, but some survived (barely)! Then again, as you'll hear me talk about prior to the cartoon, it'll be easier finding a lost Winkler Oswald short than it is finding a reason to have any sympathy for Charles Mintz.
