It's pretty common unfortunately. I've seen it more than once. But at least it is mostly rust free now. Now its preped and ready for major surgery! This thing will be a pretty nasty little ride when she's all wrapped up!

Is there or do you suggest a fully boxed frame that the S10 square body fits? Or box original S10 frame?

Totally depends on application for what the truck will be and what it will be used for. Boxing is always helpful but doing that has inherent rot issues from trapping water. Also, it can make running lines and wires more annoying.
