I do watch and subscribe his channel since he bought the Project Raleigh (BMW M5 E60 with manual transmission). I still remember how long i waited for every new episodes of his car restoration progress. He also make a change toward people’s opinion and perception about reliability for E60 M5. Streten and @M539 restorations kick ass compared to 'traditional' car media and those really (pun intended) "interesting" RU-vid-hooligans. He has created something truly unique. Legend already made and still walking among us with humbleness that is so rare to see. I just love his videos and the content to the max! It is even getting better episode by episode. In addition, it has been the first time for me to learn how mechanical issues arise, work and how those problems can be dealt with. That is really hard thing to come by.
Sreten is my number one hero on restoring (modern) BMW classics. I really love the meticulous approach he uses on every car. I was having a small party at home when he announced that he quit his day job. His episodes on RU-vid are quality over quantity work. When he launches a new video I drop what ever I was doing and start watching it. He inspired me to keep and restore my e46 M3 as good as I can. Hope to meet him some day!
His videos are not just informative. They are funny and well produced. You feel like you are on the journey with him as he figures out how to restore each machine to its former glory.

This is long overdue recognition for the incredible work Sreten does, and for being an inspiration to amateur mechanics, such as myself. I have been watching his RU-vid channel for years and he’s the first person I’ve ever donated to on Patreon. I can echo what he says in this video. He told me to start with the small things and tap into the incredible BMW community for help. His advice has saved me thousands of dollars on my BMWs.
Great video! I've been a fan M539 for quite a while now and really enjoy every episode! My father was a BMW trained mechanic and later ran his own independent BMW garage. He was all about OEM and that has become a part of my DNA, often resulting in me being called 'boring' in the car scene circles, especially when I was younger. But I know it's right way ;) Being a VW fan too, I wish there was someone doing a similar job for the w/cooled VW scene!

Streten is a perfect ambassador for BMW Classic. Conscientious, meticulous and jocular when required. I now have a BMW E91 as a daily driver that I purchased sight unseen as a non-runner and despite not having any prior mechanical knowledge, going through Streten's check list meant I was able to start the car and am now able to do basic servicing, changing spark plugs and recently changed the rocker cover gasket on a BMW E39 530i

I hope that because of this video Sreten can finally reach deserved million subs on his main channel, this man truly became a professional BMW mechanic over years.
