I said this probably a million times, but one of our favorite things to do in Idyllwild, California is eat! For a small mountain town, there are a ton of great restaurants, with amazing food, beautiful atmospheres and live music. Everything we love!
We love dining in Idyllwild so much, that we decided to make a whole video sharing with you our favorite Idyllwild restaurants as a traveling family.

I have lived here for 27 years now and unfortunately, a lot of my favorite restaurants are now gone. Very sad. La Casita is a family favorite for us and I have lots of happy memories of lunches with friends at the Gnome, but I still miss my old favorites and eating out now just isn't the same anymore.

I can vouch for Mile high cafe but I was not that fond of gastrognome. Cool concept tho. I like Ferro the most. Awesome vid!

Mile High is so yummy! Ferro is very cool too. Gastronome is a classic and I love coziness. It's lasted the test of time idyllwild as on the oldest restaurants in town.
