Our first impression of the Philippines🇵🇭 as foreign students || Not what you think😳! 

the reason Filipinos eat rice and viand (meat or veggies) during breakfast is that it is the start of a long day, especially for those who are working and students..not to mention "merienda" or snacks in between like at 10 am or 3pm, but of course, it changes in terms of quantity, the evening would be lesser and if you are a bit older, of course, it is not advisable to eat that much

The sweating is only while you are acclimatizing. Drink lots of juices and water. That school is so diverse. Im a Filipino and I might get culture shocked in my own country if I go there.

For all you know indian student that is not culture shock eating rice 3x a day, the real culture shock is that without food to eat everyday, just like other country poverty and hunger is very rampant, that's why philippines or filipinos are blessed because we are abundant of rice just slowdown saying something that is not good to ears becuqse if we look some viral videos from your country mostly of your brother and sister lack or personal hygiene and sanitary, and by the way foreigner people why is it eating rice very big deal and no body can change the lifestyle of the filipino, before i end my comment the flour that you make chaphatte or puratha, made by rice and corn so it seem that you still eat rice 3tx a day

Namaste India im a Filipino but in my childhood and high school day's i have many Indian friends leaving here in the Philippines many Indiab settlers here in the mindanao,and its good experience to know them well,and Indian is friendly too.

i just remembering the tragic incident happened maybe decades ago that 1-Nepali Student co-pilot had crashed into the sea, they came from Cebu.

We are westernalized but we have own culture also to follow according to each provinces,.its is true that we are free open minded, we respect each every culture and religion

They should be careful to say things that are not desirable to the hearing of sone filipinos to avoid fighting i do not believe that culture shock,as a foreigner if you go to other country you have to respect and adopt everything what you see if you arrive there not the local people there adjust you just like me im here in other country we avoid talking bad things here so that no one get angry

Chill, guys. Id be shocked too if I saw someone drinking beer for breakfast. 😂. I mean we dont eat rice for breakfast always. Sometimes pancit canton, sometimes pan de sal. Or my personal favorite, pancit canton in pan de sal. Hahaha! If trip mo to eat puto for breakfast or batchoy, no one gonna get mad. Haha
