if they are looking at you, you just say "Hi", they are just wonder who you are, where are you from, just simple "Hi" will turn the stare into conversation, if we are locals and our countrymen staring at us, that is weird 🤣, that staring that feels "weird" is not applied to a foreigner.🤣

I don’t bite all what you are saying all for the views and to support you by the income , Filipino has sympathy to foreigners but as I see it’s a matter of taking the advantage after you will go to your country it will be different what you will say.
