Our First Major Issue With The JH Diesel Mega Mud Truck Comeback.... 

I click on a new JH upload just as fast as I click on cleeter vids.

I say we roll it into Cleeters pond for old times sake :)

Could have used the booth at hibachi autobody....or had them do your paint.. they may not have done it though for past due tow bills

Cleetus is a good neighbor for stopping by and stabbing that transmission in with the fork lift. His voice sounded weird tho. Thanks goes out to Sam for the aluminum polish job as well. I'm sure JH is greatful.

Please tell us your going with a water 2 air intercooler for the mud truck also. Even with no ice egt's would be cooler. Ice during tug's would be a huge plus over a2a.

Little trick I read in a magazine years ago.....might come in handy in the future. When making a diy paintbooth.....you can make the floor hold about a half inch of water, utilizing house fans and hvac filters helps make a dust free environment. You let the booth stand running for awhile before putting the vehicle or parts in the booth so dust can get stuck in the water or ventilation filters.

Most all the DTM primers can be used as a sealer, just reduce it some extra, spray thru clear gun, 1 coat, and topcoat within 15-30 min.

you could temporarily put bushes in between the transfrecase and the mounting plate on the chassis of the thickness youre planing to have the solid plate made , that way you can check if the axles still fit or if they need to be shortened or lengthened, or if there other fitment issues (splines or hitting other things )

There's not many builds I'm waiting for as much as this.

You got yourself a nice RCD Thumper 2 HPOP. I think dieselsite makes a nice high pressure oil delivery system Giving your injectors more volume of oil with the added pressure from the thumper 2. Keep those 205 injectors super happy.

Hey JH make sure you check all the bolts in the back and make sure there tight mine came loose and backed out and broke a couple. I got the exact same case.

Drive shaft length are probably going to be affected, but should only be by the width of the plate.. that being said, drive shafts will likley work..
