Just wanted to say big big big props to Dustin for the camera angles he does. For example, waking up, getting out of the tent, set the camera up then continue to go back into the tent to film himself getting out or the same with the trails, walking the trails and stopping setting the camera up and film himself walking the trail he just walked through 😆 thanks for the super high quality videos
Bro... I love how ur contents isn't just cars... it's literally almost everything... i love camping, hiking, pokemon, godzilla, video games, and cars!!!!! Keep em all coming!!!
I was in Big Sur 2 weeks ago camping with my littles for their first time. I live 40 minutes from Big Sur and love going there. Thanks for the video of the trials etc. I would love a tent on top of my jeep. You all are amazing.
If you ever get the chance to head up to the Oregon Coast near Yachats and Cape Perpetua, you absolutely should. The scenery there is incredible. Lush, green forests and coastline. Just bring a bunch of layers. It's almost always windy and chilly. Now that you've got your Jeep, it would be a fantastic adventure for the rig.
I am not a rooftop tent kind of guy-- I like minimalism, and having an always made/ready bed in the back. I took out my seats, and am working on making a super minimalist set up. If I were to do this as a couple-- I think I would just have to make a second Cherokee for the lady, lol.
Next time you guys visit, go downhill on tan bark (across the street). The nicest view I have seen of the ocean IMO and I’ve visited Big Sur over 1k times by now
dude the camping stuff is so dope, as someone who builds cars and overlands on the side this is the perfect blend of content! Been a Legends guy for a while and this just made me more hyped to rock your gear! Thanks Dustin, more content like this please!
Bro.. Dustin.. How much better does it get then this. Your filming is impeccable and I can't love it more that you got an old school standard jeep and turned it into what it is now. Just the vibe this video gives off is amazing. The music in this video alone with the camera shots are truly moving to me. This is why you ARE my favorite youtuber. Not only is it the cars but the outdoors as well. Keep up the amazing work and if you're ever in TX and want to see the TX Ranch life then lmk.
Hey you guys, Big Sir looks awesome. Just a suggestion, a lot of overlanders go to a dual battery set up. To save the main battery and power your lights on the jeep as well lighting in the tent and in the jeep. David from Ohio. GO BUCKS!
Can’t wait for my full XJ built, a bit more mods and I am off to the trails. Sucky thing is that I live in South Texas, so I’m definitely going to be driving a lot. Wish me luck guys👍🏼 Thanks Dustin🙏🏻
Dude, if I was a car youtuber, I would be building the exact cars that you have in the exact same way. Its so weird. You literally have all my dream cars and have built them the exact way I would build them. Love the vids brother
Fun Fact yall... Off the coast of Big Sur... I believe its called the Devils Punch bowl, that's where they filmed Karate Kid. To be exact the spot they filmed there is where Mr.Miyagi hid his Bonsai tree. 🤪🤪
Such a just truly amazing video keep up the progress of your cinematic videos there getting so good. You guys will become the husband wife version of mighty car mods. Keep it up. If you haven't watched their feature films from Japan or there Christmas video of overlanding in Kei trucks. You'll see what I mean. If I could like the video more than once I would.
I was just so hyped for the content I thought it will be in the channel with the jeep, but that would never happen I guest, it's been a lot since the Cherokee was in a video
Whoever sleeps on the camping vlogs is lame. Camping is one of the best things you could ever do. People need to get out more and explore our lands. Great video Dustin 🤟🏽
You’re living the dream Dustin, I aspire to be like you one day. I live by Big Sur and it’s super cool to see you visit and camp in our area. Much love brotha ❤️
Hi y'all!! I actually was a worker in the campground during yalls stay! I'm glad yall were able to have such a fun time! We can't wait to see yall back here with us!! Keep up the great work!! 🙏
This was one of my favorite videos you’ve made. Being a massive nature geek myself this entire video was soul food. Definitely psyched for the upcoming drop as well. 🙂
