HammerFall debuted in 1997. This song was off of their latest release from 2022. They've put out 13 studio albums (one being a compilation of all their covers and bonus tracks from various albums up to 2008)

Great reaction!! Thank you very much 🙏🏻! HammerFall started back in 1993, And have been active since then! They want to sound Old School! They are very melodic and catchy! The singer is actually 52 Years old in this song! and it comes from their latest album “Hammer Of Dawn” (12th) If you want to listen to some more, I would recommend “Brotherhood” “Between Two Worlds”

They are more Heavy Metal than Power Metal, they might sound like it. But most songs have this old school guitars. 😀

Hammerfall filmed this at the amusement park called Liseberg in Gothenburg. They have been active since 1993 and this song is from the latest album Hammer of dawn (their 12th album release, not counting live albums) is their latest release.

It's Heavy Metal, say Power Metal to Oscar Dronjak the Guitarist and main songwriter of the band, who for 30 years constantly correcting ignorant interviewing reporters that he writes and play Heavy Metal.

He have said thousand of times that HammerFall Do Not Belong in the Power Metal genre… Like seriously do people even know the difference between Heavy Metal and Power Metal?, Power Metal mostly sings about fantasy stuff. Hammerfall barely writes songs like that. It’s very rarely that they use dragons and other creatures, They are Heavy Metal,
