When Sardar ji said, Majority is feeling persecuted at 23:00 minute, I think He forgot our past. We though were majority we were persecuted. #Never_Forget our past. Yes I fear !slam. And I think we are still getting persecuted. Yes I fear !slam. because its aggressive and you cant change my mind. Just look at western countries what are they doing there.
Bravo bravoNupurji .. you called the spade a spade, without beating about the bush, and trying to be politically correct..You are the Voice of all Real Hindus ,, that does not mean , Kattar Hindus.. Thank you . And, if,for speaking the truth , one is going to be branded kattar, SO BE I T !!!
Both the judge and the sardar are wish-washy and not addressing the real issue... excuse they have, that we are not on Sabarimalai issue now.. They did not do justice to Nupur’s Voice , whichindeed!is People/ majority voice which has been ignored for2000+ years.. garbage arguments , after genocide after genocides of Hindus consistently..
Everyone is praising j sai deepak in the comment section, and rightly so. He was rigorous, to the point and logical. But nupur j sharma spoke the words out of my own heart. I absolutely agree that judicial system today is anti hindu and anti dharmic faiths and pro abrahamic faiths.

Smt Sandhyaji and Nupurji also have Real Sincere and serious concerns to present on behalf of lay citizen of Bharat.. Thank you for being our Representatives..
Swamiye Sharanam Ayyapa JAI shree Ram. What also happened is that kerala was drowned for 2yrs in a row. Which never happened. Pamba river changed its course. Marking the rise of the intellectual brahmachari Kshatriya. Swamiye sharanam Ayyapa. Thank u deepak sir.
Classic example of judiciary failure Emergency Allowing secular to be included illegally in constitution Shah BANO case Ram temple Shabarimala Salman khan case-judge needs to step up and convict a criminal. That's why he's a judge. And evidence was leading.
What I am observing is that the young fellow Indian are more relevant and makes all sense while the old are like dronacharya who feels like paying debt to the erstwhile system developed over the years
True Sir. Justice Santhosh Hegde 75 years who is Son of Justice KS Hegde who was one of the judges of the 1972 KESHAVANADA BHARATI CASE said once when he addressed the young crowd Please do not follow his generation they all have inherited the legacy of the British system which is still prevalent especially in the Judiciary. He encouraged young minds to nurture their future independently
As usually SaiDeepak rocked. Nupur ji straight , not mincing the words superb. As a common man I do not understand judicial processes, but , giving Judgements based on Lawers urguments only then how can courts take cases 'Sumoto' ?
Best solution for both minorities and majority feel secure is to abolish minority status, uphold the principle of Equality before Law and Equal Treatment under Law. When law is equally available to all many of the evils will cease to exist.
On one hand they proudly accept reservation in name of religion and when spoken about it public you get argument like "stop dividing people on religion " which sounds hypocritical
This is an intellectual discussion and Indians are not generally intellectual. I'd say 10% are. If you want to see millions of views go check out a shitty kareena kapoor video or better still sunny leone.
Sardarji & ex-judge both fail to understand female panelist's point. She's right to criticize judiciary specifically on faith issues. Courts are comfortable & quick to issue Anti- Hindu or attack/ban Hindu traditions but never dare to touch ant other religion.... But both Sardar & Judge just fail to get this point & generalize the judiciary verdicts & blame their failures on system & virtue-signal by telling the women to stop dividing the nation on religion.!!! Its the judiciary that's doing it idiots.
Sati is not the way it is showed by the British white man. All the supreme court judges should be given classes on our ancient HINDU history & Hindu culture
@1superbcc When is Modiji's party going to fight to return Hindu temples and trusts to the Hindus as has been accorded to other religions. I am disappointed by our own people.
I am looking at sai last 6 months. Being in Pondy,,, I narrowly missed him. I know this venue hardly 2 kms away from my res... I hope next time there is publicity about his visits
If the supreme jesters don't have time to researching the relevant scriptures and traditions of the issue at hand, why adjudicate on it? Why not say, "we're not competent to rule in this issue", and recuse themselves?
The SC is a colonial institution! Colonial in the way they look at the “natives” from the point of the view of the coloniser ! They are more English than the English today.
The gentleman who asked why the judges don't consult hindi version of the constitution where the terms are used from our tradition should have known the milords are all english educated and can't read, write or speak in hindi or any other INDIAN languages. Don't put too much pressure on the milords that they should have ability to read the constitution in INDIAN language. They may pass judgement like judges are persecuted in INDIA, so democracy is in danger.
Dear Navdeep Singh, Judiciary or Judgments on ANY CASE is NOT 50-50. It obviously changes case by case. In case of Anti-Indic Cases it's infact a direct 100-0 assault and stacked up against Indics. Such cases are mostly a war on India & Indian Culture by "Others"
I m a common man No knowlege of legality. But according to honorsble retired judge lawers too matter than how can i expect a justice when i have small money to pay, cannot higher suitable lawer with high fees. Or justice is all about lawer qualification Or justice is only concern to quality of lawer. Plaease donot prosecute hindu and like community as they r liberals. It so bad It defeat the main aim of our constitution
Every judge is blind with the high level of perks that they get. It's the truth. It's the psychology which obviously judges won't accept consciously or unconsciously.
Fine discussion on various challenges before our judiciary and its (biased) functioning over a long time. Though the session was an hour long, I felt it should have been extended to let panelists make their points and counterpoints freely, besides taking few more questions from the audience at the venue. The purpose of such sessions is to educate the general public too on various contentious points being discussed by SMEs at such sessions. Of course, such sessions should address issues and not individuals or stakeholders of a system venting their anger against other stakeholders, or to settle personal scores. Overall this was a very insightful session though.
There are programs in the west where are the program duration the conversation is taken to the internet space where the panel can deal with online questions and further discussions.
@@Ragameiste In India you can rarely engage in a decent discussion/debate on social media platforms with 'eminent' persons, as such people consider themselves as celebrities and don't respond if one doesn't have a blue tick after their Twitter / FB handle. It's all for self-publicity, not with genuine urge to discuss any issue.
If judiciary blames states for sleeping on implementation of certain laws, then why is the same judiciary is very sleepy in asking the executive to implement NJAC, which is expressly said in the Constitution, boldly? So the body that should look after the constitution is itself violating the constitution. Who is responsible? Who will take the responsibility?
There are times when I think what will happen to our issues since Pitamaha Parasaran is over aged but than I look at men like Sai bhai and I’m relieved.
It seems to me that ours is the ONLY democracy in the world in which the word "majoritarianism" is brandied about by a significant number of citizens with a negative connotation. Does this mean that a significant number of Indian Citizens do not understand the meaning of "Democracy" itself or based on the effective closure of MAJORITY participation (or reflection on majority of sentiments) by Indian Jurisprudence since 1947, the word "majoritarianism" acquired an almost UNLAWFUL meaning in the minds of illiterate citizens.
Brilliance and Sai Deepak.... i am amazed how ill informed the judges are... they dont seem to be Indians only ..are they so far from not understanding Indian culture and traditions and the Hindu faith.. looks like all studied in convents and then abroad and also part of lutien gang,,,
Indian judiciary is colonial. It runs in English and hence outcasts Indians by expecting them to rely on a foreign langauge for their legal issues. It is based on English common law which has nothing to do with India, Asia or any other non-White or North Western European society. So it is entirely slavish and made by house slaves of English. Common law system enforces future judgments to follow past judgements instead of applying law specifically for each case and derive judgement from laws.
Judiciary can't say, "here we are, to order/direct the executive/legislature since they failed in their basic duty". If that were to be the "reason" for the judiciary to order/direct the other two pillars of our democracy, and to justify what clearly was judicial overreach, which other authority should order/direct the judiciary on their horrible record at their basic duty of dispensing justice to the common man (and more importantly, in reasonable time) that the judiciary failed so miserably at? Under which provision of our constitution can judiciary place themselves superior to the executive/legislature? Further, the conduct of our higher judiciary is ludicrous to say the least. Highly questionable too. What of the Midnight hearings? Midnight sanction of bails?? Courts sitting beyond working hours in certain high-profile cases??? More than ridiculous was when some four judges put forth their grievances in what they said, wasthe people's court?!! Sad that there didn't exist an authority that could outrightly dismiss those justices for this highly unacceptable conduct. Biased..corrupt..incompetent...arrogant..whimsical..lazy..is the public perception of our judiciary today. I really shiver at the thought..what happens to our nation and democracy if people take law into their hands on account of the inordinate delay in the dispensation of justice? or if people resort to physical violence and attack judges, exasperated at the kind of judgements they pass in matters of faith. Time for a thorough overhaul of our judicial system and to create a mechanism to make judges accountable for their work turnout and dismiss the incompetent ones when their decrees get upturned often enough in higher courts etc. Read somewhere, that a justice who didn't pass a single judgement during his whole tenure at high court got elevated to the supreme court! Our judicial system is in shambles. Common man has almost lost his faith in our judiciary. That is a very dangerous scenario. Wish the eminent of this country lent their minds, gave a deep thought on this very important organ for our democracy to flourish.

Was really disappointed by Mr.Singh. He clearly did not understand the other side. As far as J Sai Deepak, he was fantastic as always. Ms. Jain & Ms. Sharma were amazing. And the judge was what I expected him to be- did not make me feel secure about the judiciary!!
