How is that different? Love and appreciation are from the same pot. Without the other, you can't do the other. You can't love someone without appreciating them, and vice versa.

You don’t have to have appreciation for someone to have love for them. Many people from abusive relationships will have a deep love for the abuser but come to understand that they do not appreciate them.

I lost it at Pearl. She sure will miss Esther...and little Jude...bless him. Thanks for respecting him and turning off the camera. The look of vulnerability on Esther's face while she was hugging Mum...oh my heart goes out to her. Thank goodness Daniel, Grandpa and cousin were there to support her at the other end. Once Eve kissed Esther I started crying! So sad, I did notice Mike didn’t hug Esther-I figured because he was filming but…nice you explained why. Thanks for sharing this day with us. That’s nice that Daniel is in the same city so Esther has family close by. I’m sure she will do well.

Oh goodness. This made me cry. Esther's face when she hugged her mommy, all the feels. And the things her mama said to her while hugging her and saying goodbye--you are such a good mama!!!! It's SO DIFFICULT to let the kids go off and make their mark in the world. My kids are young, and I know the nights are long and the years are short... I'm already anticipating the struggle letting them go out into the world. But I'm trying to prepare them now and it's so surreal, teaching young people to be self-sufficient and inherently strong with God as their foundation knowing that I won't always be able to be there to help them. Thank you for a beautiful example of what we're working towards. God bless you, Esther!! We're all cheering for you!

I can't get over how fast time has flown by. First we cried when Elijah left... again when Daniel left, and now again when Esther left. How can it be that it seems like it was just yesterday that you had moved into your little house, full of noisy chitter chatter from sun up to sun down with everyone having their own interests, to now where the family is shrinking. I miss those noisy days with skateboards, trampoline, and bikes. 💞

Daniel doing a mini vlog was great to see. It really shows how confident he has grown and how very sure of himself he is. And his English has grown in heaps and bounds, very fluent and smooth now. I am still loving every video. I always learning something new, or reminded of something I already knew. Esther, Sweet, Sweet, Esther. What a wonderful young lady. I pray she has someone looking out for her, ( I know Heavenly Father is watching over her, but she’s so trusting of people. I work for the UTA city bus and I have the chance to see missionaries every morning whenever they are on the way to the airport to go on the mission city… I hope to see Esther so I can cheer her up like I do every time I see the missionaries on they’re way!!! I’m so happy for Her!!🎉❤❤❤

I’m not Mormon just non-denominational Christian but this really touched me. My kids are all under age 7 but I know the Lord is already calling them to missionary work and I can already imagine what it will be like when we’re in your shoes. I love this family it’s so sweet ❤

Esther’s goodbye at the airport had me crying and then Jude’s little heartbroken face set me off again. It’s always so lovely seeing the love your kids have for one another. 16:55 is a really special thing to say. When I saw that crowd my first thought was “oh my god, I’d be so scared being around that many people!” But I love how his perspective was immediately “you’re not alone in this”. The crowd becomes a comfort not a source of anxiety.

I stopped being a subscriber recently due to some things discussed in one of your podcasts but wanted to see this video for Esther! I got so emotional realizing how much she has grown. She’s such a kind, caring and compassionate young lady and it reflects in how much her siblings love her and will miss her. It broke my heart seeing jude and pearl so upset, it will definitley be so different for them without Esther in the house, she truly is like a second mother to her siblings. I loved seeing Daniel again too! he’s grown so much and seems so confident . I’m so glad he was there to say goodbye to esther. Both Daniel and Esther are so beautiful inside and out and I know they will do such great things in this big world. Best of luck Esther ! I hope you consider vlogging your mission too :)
