Mommy of 3 boys here 😊 I really recommend taking baby boy a bath at night that way he starts understanding day and night. He'll feel so relaxed and then maybe a little bit of baby lavender lotion and a feeding. That way he sleeps more at night rather than the day. Just a little tip from another momma ❤️

That lavender is the truth to getting the babies more relaxed and sleepy, I bought lavender everything for my daughter and 28 yrs later I'm doing the same thing for my grandson who is 4 yrs old.

Even if say that after nursing don't put him down on his tummy keep him sideways but not on his tummy. After bathing give him a light massage with lavender baby lotion worked for my Lil 😇

You guys are blessed that your home is your office and you’re both able to take shifts. My husband works 9-5 and I have to take care of our baby mostly so he can rest. I hope for our next baby we will be as fortunate as you guys 😊 love you baby Shine ✨

He is beautiful you guys. He looks like such a great baby. I see how he likes to get in the bathtub in the morning and at night and it's good that you guys have a system going so that you can get him used to a morning and night routine. Having a baby is tough in the beginning but once you get into the swing of things it gets better. I have four children two nieces and two nephews and a new nephew on the way. I remember how it was when they were newborns. I'm so excited to see what else Shine will do. Being a mother is hard sometimes because you want to give your child the world. Things are a little tough for me this Christmas because I am financially struggling to get my children Christmas gifts even though I know it's not about the gifts I still want to give them something. The great thing about having children they will love you no matter what. You guys are great parents keep up the good work

Our baby is a few days younger than yours and I just wanna say this morning routine is very realistic!! We had it rough the first 2 weeks too but once you start leaning your baby it gets easier like you guys said! I can def relate to having to plan your day around your baby napping too 😂. I love this video. One thing- when you have a newborn it’s safer and recommended to lay the baby on their back. It prevents them from either suffocating and helps to prevent SIDS. I e done training on this and gain a lot of knowledge. Just want to pass this along. You can start letting your baby rest on their belly when they learn how to roll over independently. ❤️

Agreed. Also, swaddle him when he sleeps and you can also lay him on his side when swaddled. He will sleep longer. Laying him on his tummy also accumulates gas, that’s probably why he spits up a lot. Was a newborn nursery nurse for some years so I have learned a few tricks! He is a beautiful baby boy! You all are doing great!

This could be true. I used to lay my daughter on her belly and it would help her sleep but she got soo gassy and if I put her on tummy time as she grew she would just end up falling asleep haha

I can definitely imagine but it does get better you guys as baby boy gets older he’ll start to sleep longer. My son wasn’t too bad but my daughter had colic & was very very fussy all night long.
