I am suffering from IBS so if I eat early even by 7:00 in the evening my motion on another day gets disturb, but If I eat late dinner by 9:30 then next day I won't say motion is fine but better, so what should I do? Anyone who can help me out life has gone worse because of this freaking IBS.
@@chauhanshivangi thank you for the suggestion one more help, I can't do early dinner and if I skip I face lot of problems during motion as my intestine is very weak to throw out the waste.
