You didn't show the pantry or laundry/utility room. Would have also been nice to see a floorplan. Looks like a nice home, overall.

I agree, most women are interested in storage and floorplans. I kept waiting for Pantry, utility and storage reveals.

At this price point go ahead and do a site built home. It's beautiful but you might as well just build it to spec.

I dont know if you have priced custom building, but a home this size would be about 100k to 250k more as a site built

Love the living spaces but bedrooms & bathrooms are a little too big!
