Our Reaction To BOLLIE Launch Day 

We are so excited to reach our goals and bring more items, more sizes to BOLLIE! We can't wait to show you what is next!

Just a suggestion-a size chart really needs to be included on the website. Your policy now is just exchanges, no returns. Clothes sizes can run differently and if the lady usually wears an XL but your dresses run smaller, that lady is just out $80 plus shipping!

I was thinking about ordering, but I’m a little cautious on the “no returns, only exchange” policy. If it doesn’t flatter my shape I’ll be bummed.

90 percent of comments are negative/have serious questions. You are just ignoring this?? This launch was not successful...

Love the Bollie clothes, but won’t be being any because I can’t afford it. It would be super nice if you put the date in the description because it’s a little confusing which day this was!

I’m excited for your launch but sad when I checked it out. Your site says clothes for all types of bodies but your sizes end at xl. The majority of women in us are over a size 12 many over a 16 that excludes a lot of us:( the robe and dress look really nice. I hope you can expand your sizes.

Why are perfectly good comments being deleted?

I always viewed you guys as a youtube family who actually stayed humble with your success but after seeing this video and the comments section...it makes me question it now...sad.

Also have to be honest I'm starting to switch off.. they don't sound as committed to RU-vid or interested, just doing it because that's what they do. I’ve NEVER disliked one of your videos, but this one I had to. Bonnie’s screaming was a bit excessive and you guys needed to calm down. I mean come on you’re not 3 years old. You can be excited and calm it down a little. And your clothes is way over priced and when I was reading the comments I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that.

ok... just this just proves that you guys are totally ignoring or deleting any comments or questions that don't please, like questioning the pricing and questioning the quality.... you are totally taking advantage of your viewers. Viewers does NOT equal Customers.... you have to work much harder for that.

Love the Bollie idea and think it could be cute and successful. However, the items that are there look like they were very cheaply made and don't flatter women's bodies at all. Both Ellie and Bonnie have flattering figures and look like a sack of potatoes in that dress.

Bollie has amazing clothes! But.... let me know when things go on clearance because this Mama of Two cannot be splurging like this on a dress 👀. Much love though Congrats on your success 💕
